Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is the act of killing a player for no reason. In the scenario below, Player A kills Player B for no reason.
Player A: I'm going to kill you!
Player B: Why? I haven't done anything!
Player A: I don't need a reason, I just feel like it!
Player B is killed.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The New Life Rule (NLR) is a rule in many games that states that a player who dies may not return to the same area for a set amount of time. For example, in Zarp with a 3-minute NLR, if player A is killed by player B, player A must wait 3 minutes before returning to the area where they were killed. This rule is meant to prevent players from revenge killing or otherwise exploiting their knowledge of the game map.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
If there is no video evidence or clear motive, and it is difficult to take action against player B. In this case, it would be best to reach out to player A and ask if they have any more information or evidence that could help support their claim. If not, then the best course of action would be to close the report.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
If I witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, I would handle the situation by first warning the user to stop. If the user continues to RDM after being warned, I would then kick the user from the server. If the user rejoins the server and continues to RDM, I would then get an admin to then ban the user from the server for a short period of time.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I would like to be chosen as moderator for the Zarp SSRP server because I have changed and I hope to improve Zarp as a whole. I apologize for my past actions that resulted in a ban, and I want to help make Zarp a better place for everyone.
I believe that I can be a good moderator because I am fair and just, and I will always try to help out players who need it. I am also active on the server and I am always willing to help out with whatever needs to be done. I will always work to keep the server clean and fun for everyone.
I think that I can be a great asset to the Zarp community and I would love to help out in any way possible. Thank you for considering me as a moderator for the Zarp SSRP server. And once more I am sorry for the trouble I have caused the staff/lead team in the past. I hope you can give me a chance to show you that I have changed.
