• Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

Firstly I would kindly guide them into spectating me to get the whole movement idea and get to the chase after that by guiding them into using autostrafe-mode to get the feel of it for a start, followed by detailed instructions on the jumping sequence which is automatic with most modes and not a thing to worry about at this stage, while also the forward movement at the beginning of the bhop.
Moving on to a more direct approach by them i would suggest practicing the strafe of the mouse by being static with the spacebar on hold followed by slow left and right movement with the mouse in sync with A and D according to the direction of the mouse, until the result is viable to go head on with the current or an easier map i would nominate and motivate the current players online to vote for.

• Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

As such behavior disrupts the flow of the server as a whole, which includes individuals who play casually and new players who might see such behavior and scram in an instant, the first act would be to gag the person in fault and send a personal, or public follow-up warning. Allowing minimal time for the situation to cool off, i would lift the temporary punishment and escalate it accordingly to what follows after that.

• Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Assuming the exploit revolved around the current map, i would start off by recording the incident and taking notes for a possibility of contacting the mapper and getting them to compile an updated version.
Discreetly, i would teleport the player to the spawn and send a personal/public message of disapproval followed by a verbal warning. Depending on the escalation of the situation i would attempt a temporary time-out for the current playtime of the map while informing the offender prior to that instead of scaring them away.

I grew up playing hundreds of video games and being a gamer to the core. I am now weeks away from becoming a father and being a casual gamer is now my forte. Spending half of my evening after work, gaming, is the ultimate relaxation gift, second only to actual massage, with a combination of having a role of authority and supervision while offering a professional support is a melody to my ears.
