Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: Depends on skill. New players we will show how basic strafes work and usually switch map due to low population. Older players I would show routes and help them with progressing with better syncing

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Simply ask them to stop if the persist and it is annoying other it will result in a mute.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Ask them how they did it get on their side then report it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I see not a lot of active mods or admins so I figured I would apply since alot more cheater have been on the server lately. I'm also super into bhop especially this server I'm on it all the time. I would like to see alot more active mods or admins and since these guys are probably busy I applied. I will provided a safe space for new players and a fun experience for the older guys here to farm pbs.
