My Plans as Head Admin:

My plan as head admin is to become the go-to person for the server. If someone needs help or a member of staff needs help, I’ll try to help out the best I can. That also includes being more active on Teamspeak and the forums. I also want to support the staff team as much as I can, make sure they understand their roles and make sure there aren’t any potential issues.

What makes me a good candidate:

Forums

I try to be as active as I can be on the forums. I am always looking out for stuff that is related to Prop Hunt which includes Server apps, appeals and report abuses. With server apps, I am always giving out feedback on apps, while doing that I give them the pros and cons and what they can improve on. With appeals and punishment requests I would pass them on to one of the admins and offer some guides if they are unsure about something.

Teamspeak

I am always active on Teamspeak. Whenever I boot up Gmod I am always on if someone needs to talk to me privately about something or just to hang around with my staff. I have attended every meeting since I’ve been staff and I always make sure to let my opinion be heard and known during the meeting.

Helpfulness

I am extremely helpful to the staff and users. If a staff member is unsure about something I always make sure to help them and guide them through how they should do when handling a report and what would be the right way of going around it. If they are unsure about a certain command, I always make sure to explain to them how this command works and when to use it. When dealing with users I always make sure to explain to them how the game mode works and the rules of the game mode as well.

Experiences

I have a lot of experience being a Head admin before since I was a TTT server owner. I know what is expected from the position and the commands should be the same when I owner on TTT. I also have done a lot of training and so far, it has gone fine and everyone understands what they doing on the server.
