Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I would ask them to stop first (which generally has an unlikely affect of working anyway), if they were to continue I would mute whichever form of communication they are spamming in.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would ask them first how they did it (depending on the situation) and if so ask them to refrain from doing it again. In most cases it's a misunderstanding, for example getting into inaccessible areas of a map. For more extreme cases they would likely need to be dealt with by an administrator+.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when one player feeds another player information they wouldn't already have. An example would be two players being on opposite teams and using a third party application like Discord to tell each other where all the props are and win the round.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
At the moment I have noticed only two active members of staff, those people being Ross and Darka. They are both doing really well but it isn't enough to help manage the server, I haven't seen any of the other Prop Hunt staff since I started playing and I would like to assist in helping prevent rulebreakers and the like. I am a trustworthy individual as I currently hold the global moderator rank on the forums, head admin on SSRP, Discord and Teamspeak and have held many other lead team positions in the past.

Whilst my activity isn't looking too great at the current point in time, it should hopefully start to look a bit more consistent by the weekend.
