Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A user Mass RDMs and then leaves the server to avoid punishment.
A user continues being racist/homophobic or Mass RDMing after being punished before.
A user has received 6/7 recent punishments. (Depending on the severity)

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
Admin Requests - Here you can view the active reports that are pending/being handled.
Warnings - Here is where you can view the active warnings.
Logging - Here you can view the logs for various user actions such as job changes, deaths + kills, users joining/leaving etc.
Active NLR - Here you can view all current active NLRs.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would approach the player and ask them to stop being abusive towards the other player(s), if they fail to listen they will receive a mute. If it continues the mute will be extended.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would first contact the staff member who handed out the punishment and discuss the appeal with them. After doing that, and reviewing any evidence provided I would then respond to the appeal with the outcome.


Why I should be promoted:
I have been a moderator for around 3 months now, and over this time have become more familiar with the staffing actions, and appropriate punishments that should be given for different actions committed by users on the server. I feel I have gained the experience required for this position. I also have experience with higher positions on other servers, and I am currently the owner of a ZARP Server.
