Faithful's TS3/Discord Head Administrator Application Steam Name: BigBrogz Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/BigBrogz// SteamID: STEAM_0:0:457629497 Languages I speak: English How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?: First, I'd respond to the topic, stating that I'm in charge of the appeal. Then I'd try to contact the admin who banned such person and look through the logs to discover how long the ban has been in effect. After reading the appeal and discussing it with the administrator who banned them, a decision will be reached. I would address it with other TS3/Discord HA+ staff members if the admin who gave out the punishment could not be reached. Example of an accepted appeal Warning: Spoiler! Hello [Name].
After carefully reviewing your TeamSpeak punishments and discussing this with the banning staff member, we have agreed that you appear to be remorseful for your actions and are willing to give you another chance to join our TeamSpeak server. Please review the rules to ensure that you do not violate our TeamSpeak / TOS rules on the ZARP TeamSpeak server. Consider This.

Hello [Name].
After speaking with the banning admin and studying your appeal post, it appears that you are not truly sorry for your conduct. As a result, the ban from TeamSpeak will not be lifted. In the meantime, while your ban is in effect, I urge that you review the TeamSpeak regulations, including the ZARP's TOS, to ensure that you do not repeat the same mistake when your ban expires No action will be taken. Consider This.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately: Set Clients Server Group. Setting a client's badge for their rank on one of the servers is known as "Setting Server Group." This should only be used when a client obtains a rank on a server, whenever a client resigns from a rank, it should be removed. Set Clients Channel Group. When someone has their own private TS channel or a gang TS channel, they use this command. Once a person is allocated to a channel, they will have additional permissions within that channel, including the ability to move users in and out. Client Is Kicked From The Channel. This option will throw the selected user out of the current channel and return them to the AFK Lobby. This is sometimes used as a warning before a kick or ban. Client Is Kicked Off The Server. This will kick the client off the server which then the client will be disconnected from ZARP's TS server. This command should be used when the user is breaking the TOU. Client Is Banned. This command will prevent the user from being able to enter the TeamSpeak server for a certain time. This command is used in serious situations, such as mass racism, or homophobia, doxing and so on. Move The Client To A Different Channel. This command should be used whenever you want to add another user to the channel you're currently in. You would drag the selected user(s) into your channel for this to work. You would use this if you need to be in private ot when you need to move people into a meeting What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words): I commit my time on both TS/Discord to tracking staff and ensuring that all TS/Discord staff are using their powers effectively and appropriately, just as I do on SSRP. In addition, I would manage TS/Discord RAs (including staff reports) and Appeals in a proactive and consistent manner. I'd also make a point of thoroughly training all newly accepted LT members for the TS/Discord staff ranks. EXTRA CREDIT: How much does Xnator sell client icons for?: I would say around 500Mil SSRP Cash. (However Richard made me pay 1Bil so i better have not been scammed) Thank You For Reading My Application. Any Feedback Is Welcome |
