Previous positions:
During my time in the Zarp Gaming Community, I have been on the staff team for a long time. For most of my time playing I have been admin. I have never been demoted but resigned multiple times. I am now back to stay for a long time. A while ago I went for Super Administrator and got the position, but now I think it is time to step up to a higher rank to be able to do staff duties better, and help the staff team in multiple ways.

Current Activity:
Currently, I am Super Administrator and am on the server almost daily to help other people and the server. I still do F1's when no other staff is online to do any. I feel like I am doing a great job helping other staff out and helping the players out. I feel that I am ready to step up to the next position.

Why me:
During my time in this community I have seen alot of changes and alot of situations. I have helped with these situations as much as I could as an administrator. My position as Super Administrator already grants me more ways to help, but i want to help more. I think the position of Head Administrator will aid me in helping in more situation. Ofcourse I will constantly try to improve myself and i will learn alot along the way.

This is a very underwhelming application for such a high position, I would recommend stating the true pros and even cons of your run as a superadmin transparency goes a long way even admitting mistakes and then telling how you overcame and corrected those mistakes (problem solving is key for this rank).
