How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Well I want to do more and help out as much as I can. Contribute as much as possible and also help zarp surf live its life as long as possible!
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
first of I have been owner of so many servers and also helped develop many. They might not have been successful but they have been thought through at least. And also I've got a lot of experience when it comes to administrating and moderating a server. I have also been on zarp staff for 1+ years and know the layout
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have never Encountered a situation like that.but imagine, if someone was using exploits I would try to take video or screenshots of it and note down his name and SteamID. Then send a message to someone else on Lead member, if evidence is clear i would give a ban for exploits
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would start by speaking to the reporting player, and try to find out what happened, and if they have evidence i would take that to. I would then get a hold on the reported staff member to hear their story. Then if i feel knowledgeable enough i would give a statement :Accepted: or :Denied:
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would start of by talking to the staff member and find out why he/she banned the player for the amount of time that he/she did. I would ask for any evidence the staff member might have against the player. If there is no evidence of any rules being broken I would unban the player and talk to the the staff member to make sure this does not happen again in the future. If however, there is evidence, I would review it and then alter the ban to a more appropriate punishment.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
well first i would take over the situation and have him relax. then ask what is going on and depending what "user" did i would give a response accordingly "warn, kick, ban" if the situation is nothing like it and the user is trying to ask for help or something in that area i would give my best to help there and then
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
well first i would want proof pictures, videos ETC then i would ask higher staff for a log is possible. then ask him/her to post a thread about abuse on the forums. if the proof is ready there and then i would give a response imediatly. also would report the situation with my lead staff
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would do my best to calm them both down, then listen to both sides of the story and try my best to sort the situation out. or have them them move into their own private chat
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?[/u]
I would ask the staff member to stop breaking rules immediately. Once he/she has stopped I would ask why he/she was doing whatever it was he/she was doing. I would then let the staff member know that he/she can absolutely not do that again. If this was the first time this staff member have done anything like this I would let him/her of with a warning, and if this would repeat in the future I would bring the staff member up in the meeting. If the staff member does not stop breaking rules when I ask, I would issue an emergency demotion and bring him/her up in the meeting.
