Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I got permission from Richard to apply straight for admin.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would say an appropriate way to ban someone on Prop Hunt is if he had 2 recants for ghosting.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted because I have a lot of experience in regard to staffing in the community. I was a Prop hunt admin in the past, I know what is expected from the server. I am also trusted within the community since I currently hold the rank of SSRP admin. I also held the rank of TTT server owner, TS/Discord head admin, Global moderator and Surf super admin which makes me trusted.

Extra Information:
I know my activity is not the best, but after talking to Richard, he says it fine since the server badly needs staff at the moment.

idk man,recently you were supposedly hacking on the prop hunt server. you killed the ENTIRE prop team more than 5 times, and you wouldnt stop. also your attitude on the prop hunt server was appaling; you were disrespectful, arrogant, and slightly malicious.

your attitude has gotten a bit less worse, but still from what i can see on the prop hunt server and from that occasion, you are not fit for staff at all.
