How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Over the years I have been at zarp I have been an admin a number of times, during these times I have spent as admin I have helped the community in multiple ways from dealing with f1's, dealing with abusive players, forum reports and assisting the lead team with events, general advice all while setting a fun but fair experience for the community.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): Due to being around for so long I have seen pretty much a bit of everything from this I know how things should be done. I have extensive knowledge of the community especially SSRP. I also know what players and fellow staff would like to see from a higher up staff member and I can provide a balanced perspective that benefits everyone. Trust is a huge factor in being part of a lead team which I know I can be lacking due to past actions however I would like to point out while being a staff member I have never had a single official warning, demotion nor verbal warning. I have always done my staff duties to the best of my abilities without failure! I always attend meetings and keep a high presents on teamspeak and the forums! The main reason I am looking for the promotion to super admin is the update to making custom events. I would LOVE to be able to make the server a lot more fun with making custom events often while boosting player count with fantastic new ideas for custom events.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: The main issue I encountered as admin was cheaters. It is extremely difficult to deal with cheaters while being a admin as you need to get proof and it gets voted on due to policy. As a super admin it is much easier to get cheaters caught and reconsidered but more importantly dealt with. On top of that its a lot harder to be taken seriously when reporting/talking about abusive staff members.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
It would all start with what the report is about, I would talk to both parties involved and determine the severity of the situation. After this I would either contact the lead team with all information I had gathered along with a personal opinion for it to go to meeting OR I would speak with the staff member in question making sure it never happens again!
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? If I were to see a staff member ban a user for an excessive amount of time I would check the rap sheet of the user to see if they have come off a recent ban to just go back to breaking rules. If the rap sheet to ban doesn't add up I would reach out to the staff member asking for the reasoning of the excessive time and discuss a potential reduction of time, I would also catch the banning staff member up to speed of what an appropriate time would have been to prevent it happening again. If it seemed like a biased attack I would pass the staff members name over to the other lead team members to bring up in the meetings.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would find out as much information about the situation then would go to where the situation is taking place to assist and educate the staff member through said situation all while being respectful and non condescending to ensure a happy staff member and to make the whole ordeal go smoothly without problems
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I would request intimidate proof and story of the accusation before speaking to the other staff member, if no proof can be shown I would then request the accusing staff member to get proof along with spectating the rule breaking staff member to potentially see it with my own eyes. If no proof nor personally seeing the staff member is available I would simply make a note to pass on to other LT members. If proof or seeing it personally is seen I would either contact the staff member in question for a talk or pass on all information and the proof to the LT for it to deal with in the meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would first try to defuse the situation to prevent any other escalation or further parties getting involved. After this I would contact both or more staff members and let them know they are meant to be setting an example and if it continues then I would have no choice other than to bring them both up staff members up in the meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would stop them right away to prevent any other users being harmed. After this I would question them about why they were breaking rules to hurt a users experience. I would then be making a note to bring up in the meeting. If the actions the staff member has taken have been far to serious to not deal with on the spot I would contact higher ups for a potential demotion.
