How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator
I've been in the staff team for about three weeks now. I was multiple times in the staff team in the past. I used to be super administrator too.
I want to be promoted to take off some weight of the lead team shoulders. I'm active, responsive and i play as much as i can.
My time as administrator has been great but i feel i could convert the time i spend currently to better use.
I also have to mention that Allah made me who I am, i wouldn't be here without Allah. I would like to expand Islam in the lead team, this would be a great opportunity for my future colleagues to learn about Islam life.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team
I'm a good candidate because i've been in the lead team in the past and i am trusted by the
owners.
I'm French and also a children of Allah, i've been following the 7 pillars of Islam for more than a decade.
My promotion will allow me to expand Islam on Zarp which is a great thing !
Diversity is necessary in the world meaning that i could help bring Islam to the public on Zarp, i would be the great Imam of Zarp and lead Islamic Zarpers to the right path.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available
A French mass RDMing gun dealer (Francis Mohammed Dupuit) doing his business on rp_rockford_v2b when he suddenly decided to commit 16 counts of manslaughter on miners. It is midnight, no staff member is available but the bench rookie moderator walid_84. He is confused, his limited powers could not help the victims of Francis Mohammed Dupuit. walid_84 decided to call for help, i would track the gun dealer's moves, using my Français to talk with him and try to get him convicted for the crimes he has done.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member
I would look at the evidence given in the report, talk to both parties and keep every sensitive parts private to avoid drama. Communication is important so if the opportunity to have both people involved in a teamspeak channel presents to me then i'll take it. Usually it goes better than simple text chat and relation between both people may be less toxic.
If the offense is serious, the issue will be brought up in the oncoming lead team meeting, if it's less serious then a warning may be the correct punishment, it all depends on the situation.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask the staff member why he has banned x player for this large amount of time, based off his answer if it's valid or not i would reduce the ban lenght.
I'd remind him that the goal is not to completely discourage people from coming on the server. There should never be any kind of abuse when x staff member bans x player. You should only punish a player for an amount of time they deserve and not because you dislike them.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would use my authority and my powers to bring the staff member and the criminal in a place where there is nobody to disturb them and ask the criminal to stop disturbing the staff's duties immediately or else they will be punished.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
This is a serious situation so i would immediately ask both staff members involved to join me on discord or teamspeak (Discord is better) to talk about this situation. I'd ask the staff member who accused the other one of evidence and work things out from the evidence given. If the accused staff member did break any kind of rule he will either be spoken to or given a warning depending on the situation.
Either way, i will always proceed in voice chat if possible as it's the best way to resolve these issues so that both parties can directly talk to each other while i'm here.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I hate drama, so i would ask the disrespectful staff member to calm down and behave properly. It's okay to be angry for whatever reason but as a staff memeber you should behave responsibly.
If the argument goes out of hand (in game) i will simply mute and talk to them to never see that happen again.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Understanding his side of the story is necessary however a staff member behaving to the point to harm users is a serious offence. I would check his history, if it's full of issues then he will be punished properly but if it's his first offence then broadcasting a documentary about Islam and Allah would be appropriate to put the staff member involved on the right track.
