After the coinflip has been complete and User 1 wins if User 2 refuses to pay then he would be banned permanently until he agreed to pay the User 1 back. Situation 2: A user accumulates 5 recent punishments within a space of 2 weeks of each other and commits another offence. This user would be banned for a week for frequent rule breaking. Situation 3: A user deliberately attempts to crash the server. This would result in a permanent ban Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The main function of the F1 menu is to handle reports from users, when a user makes a report it will appear there allowing you to easily handle them with a user friendly interface. In addition to this the F1 menu is used access the logs. The logs are used to view events that happened such as kills or job switches, they are also used to view if NLR has been broken. Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. In this situation I would first tell them to stop and inform them that if they continued they would be muted. If their mute has expired and they continue to be verbally abusive I would increase the length of their mute. Eventually this would lead to more serious punishments such as warns,jails etc. Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. Firstly I would contact the staff member that banned the player and hear their opinion on the situation asking them what the players attitude was like during the incident and the severity of it. I would then discuss the situation with other staff members asking for their opinion on the situation. Finally, after speaking to other members of staff I would post my verdict and ask for the thread to be locked. Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): Personally, I believe I should be promoted to Administrator because I am eager to help the Zarp community and provide a friendly and enjoyable playing environment. In addition to this I personally believe I have matured since my last time as staff and believe I will more effectively communicate with those around me. An administrative position would allow me to effectively deal with rule breakers and prevent them from ruining the enjoyment of other players. Furthermore, there are very few admins active on the server at any one time meaning moderators have to frequently deal with rule breakers alone however their inability to ban players poses an issue with mass rule breakers another admin would help to massively reduce the presence of rule breakers and prevent rp experiences being ruined, By the time of the meeting I will have had 2 weeks of consistent activity which should be enough. I officially endorse this candidate! If there is *ANYONE* who knows how to air strike spawn, RDM countless people on the server, break any rule imaginable AND get away with it by bullshitting their way out of sits, it's him. 100% staff material!
