Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. There is a player with blatant hacks
2. Someone mass RDM'ing and RDA'ing with no intention of roleplaying
3. When a player scams another player
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 menu is a tool that staff members can use to see the logs of the server (Kills, Arrests, Etc.) You can also view an NLR list, this list will show you all the players that are currently breaking the NLR timer. One other tab is the "Warnings" tab, here it shows us staff members any recent warnings of the players on the server since the last restart. Finally you have the "Admin Requests" tab, here it shows you all the F1's that players have created, here you can handle there F1 or mark it as spam. Logs are not proof, but they can be extremely helpful to staff so they can fully grasp the the situation at hand when dealing with sits.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:

You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
If a player was being abusive via chat/voice I would start them off with a verbal warning, If they proceed I would then either chat/voice mute them for a set amount of time. And if it continues after that I would warn them and elevate from there.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would start off by contacting the staff member that had banned the player and discuss the situation. I would suggest we discuss options on whether the ban was a little harsh or not so that we can come to an agreement to either keep them banned or unban them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I want to start off by saying Zarp was my childhood, this was the biggest baddest server at one point and it was great logging on everyday to a full server. I personally wanna see Zarp survive as long as possible, I believe that if we have staff members from all different time zones playing at different times we can make Zarp last longer. The problem we have is getting people to stay on the server due to high number of rulebreakers. I have previous Zarp admin experience, being a moderator is slightly stressful with certain situations, people walk all over you and don't take you seriously. I'm extremely active on the server when the non American staff aren't on so it would be nice to be able to handle, cheaters, mass RDM, and mass RDA on my own. Please take my application into consideration. Thank you for the read.
