Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: A player spawns in the server and walks to a group of people a player (Player A) kills Player B for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: Someone walks in to Park district that has a kos sign and gets killed the player then respawns and comes back

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I ask what happened and listen to them both then i would check logs to see if Player B killed player A If needed i would ask for video proof.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would handle a f1 on the player that is rdming i would then freeze the player and punish them accordingly

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I want to help out with the server and the community I have been playing on dark rp servers for over a year and wanted to become staff to punish the rule breakers. I want to see the community grow and get more players in the community I spend a lot of hours on gmod servers I and want to enforce them to make the server a better place. I always help new players out in the game and could help them know rules and give them money to get them started on the server so they would want to stay.
I can put many many hours in to staffing and making the server a better place ill enforce the rules and help new players out in the server I would also help players in the game by answering there questions and going on the server when someone needs me on the server. I can help other staff members when they need help on sits/rules and help them out in general. I can help new players out in basing and getting used to the server and also help them get money. I always really want to become a staff member and make they server a better place for the community.
