How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
I would first say handling to let everyone know that I am handling the appeal. I would then talk to the admin who banned the user and get his thoughts on the appeal. After talking with the admin, I would then write my verdict on the appeal. If the head admin isn't available or isn't staff anymore, I would talk to a CM about the appeal.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and they're used
appropriately:
Set server group
The set server group command is used to set badges on users you're training for staff and is helping identify the server the user is staff on. The badges a normal Teamspeak staff can assign to users are TTT moderator, Darkrp Administrator, LT ranks and Forum. The only ranks a normal TS can't assign are TS head admin, Community Developer, Community Manager, Community owner, Global moderator and forum administrator.
Priority speaker
The priority speaker command is used to make the user louder than everyone in the channel. This is used in meetings when a Lead team and Cm are trying to give imported information if everyone in the channel is talking simultaneously.
Set Channel Group
The set channel command is used when someone enters their channel. Once giving this power, a user can move or kick other users out of their private channel.
Kick Client from Channel
The kick client command is used to kick a user from the channel to the AFK channel. This command can be used by a TS Staff or gang owner of the channel.
Kick Client from the channel
This is used to kick a user from the server to the TS page. After clicking on the command, you get a reason as to why kick him from the server. The only reason why you would want to kick a user from the server is that they are breaking TOU.
Ban Client
The ban client command is used when a kick is not enough. The reasons why you ban are racism, doxing and homophobia. When you click on the command, you get a box that pops up. You would then type in the name of the user, the reason and the ban length.
Move client to channel
With the movie client channel command, you would use it to move a user to a private channel or a spacer. You would only use this if you need to train someone in spacer privately or someone wants to be move-in your channel.
What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
Ever since I got LT on TTT, the one thing I enjoy doing as LT is training, and I feel like I have done an excellent job doing that. Since I got a lot of free time on my hands, that would make me more available to do training and give badges as soon as possible. I would also consistently handle appeals and report abuses. I would also become a lot more approachable for the users and staff if they have anything they are concerned about or got something to bring to my attention.
EXTRA CREDIT: How much does Xnator sell client icons for?:
600 million.
