Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Tell Them to stop and if they don't stop, Mute/warn them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Same as above telling them to stop doing that and warn them if they continue

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Having a friend on the opposing team or spectator giving you the location of props. For example, a player is on hunters and his friends are on props. The props player is dead or in spectator mode and gives the location of every other player hidden on the map.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I play a lot this last week and I see a lot of ghosting players or cheating players this last day, and when staff is not connected it would be good to be able to warn these people for the good of the server and the player playing it, I already moderate Minecraft server so I know the rules of a moderator and the task
