Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I fully understand the commands and usage of them now. Along with when to punish a user and when to not.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have never had to encounter a situation like that due to the lack of rulebreakers on the server.

When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
If a user has several repeated offenses and carries on rule breaking.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say the following,

Hello [Name] after reviewing your appeal and speaking to [admin] we have decided to lower your appeal, it has not been completely removed due to you not being banned so long ago, we have lowered your ban due to you being very sincere and for putting great detail in your application, feel free to appeal again if you feel it is necessary


Hello [Name] after reviewing your appeal and speaking to [admin] we have decided to unban you, this is because you have shown a great attitude on other servers and have put a great amount of detail into this appeal, please re read the rules to make sure this doesn't happen again and we hope to see you on minecraft soon.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe i should be promoted due to my activity, i play the server on a daily basis for a good 2-3 hours a day this shows im very dedicated to helping out anyone that comes on the server, i enjoy staffing and stopping rule breaks ruining players fun, I feel I fully understand the role of moderator and believe i am ready to step up to admin, this will help me because i will get access to the ban command so if any rule breaker is being for example mass racist i won't have to call an admin on i can just deal with it myself, i play both UK and US times so i can always tackle the rulebreakers on times other staff members may not be able to get on, when giving punishments i make sure to always check the rap sheet first to make sure i am being fair to the user, i am always very respectful so that the sit can be pleasant for both users when describing what's happened, with this position i would be able to help out a lot more with appeals and getting rid of users that have no care but to target innocent people.
