Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Warn them, if they continue mute them for a period of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Ask them to stop using the exploit. If they continue, give them a warning.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Having a friend on the opposing team giving you the location of props. Example: player A is on hunters, player B is either dead on props or in spectator mode, player B will explain to player A where the props are hiding by spectating them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I play quite a lot, most days, and I notice a lot of ghosters on the server at times where there are no other staff members online. I am mature, despite my a handful of initial warnings I got when I first joined the server. I am pretty knowledgeable about the Zarp PH maps and know what to look out for in terms of exploiting and ghosting.

Absolutely not. You have been misbehaving on the server ever since you first joined, and it hasn’t gotten better. The exploiting, us telling you to stop and not stopping.
