How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
As an Administrator I have been able to improve my skills and put more things to use. I have made sure everyday that I have been online I hope to make the server achieve what it stands up to. My time as administrator I have contributed ideas to other staff about what could be the upbringing of the server I enjoy most. Nothing would be better than to get more players on Zarp TTT. I have been as kind as I can and hopefully making people enjoy their time playing but also I’ve been making sure people follow the rules. After all the staff that have sadly resigned I feel like the skills I have learnt and put into play will make me hold the gap together that the staff team has at the minute. The meetings I have attended have been a good turning point for me to knuckle down on things we need to improve on and achieve.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
I feel like I am a perfect match for the Super Admin team as I am energetic to get on the server if another staff member needs support, I am always available for messages if anyone needs help. If I am not already on the server then I am probably thinking about getting on it.
My time as Admin has been amazing and I feel like I have picked up everything that was needed and I love putting it into action on the server. I am a calm person when dealing with reports and when handling things more important I will be able to tackle it better. I love attending the meetings and the Super Admin team would suit me very well. My forums activity has improved as I have got to know more people, but that will get even better over time and I will push myself to make my activity even better.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
If a player on Zarp TTT was hacking I would take clear video clips and make sure I had his steam ID and username. I would then bring it up in a meeting, or post it on the forums for others opinions as they might not think the same as me. I would need to be certain that the player was hacking as if they got punished and they weren’t doing anything wrong then that would look bad on the staff team.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would have to look closely at the information provided and speak to both the victim and the staff member who has been reported about their thoughts on the situation. If I thought the evidence was valid enough, and what they said matches up and was the truth, then depending on the situation will then be what punishment they deserve.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation. A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?:
In this situation, I would have to tell the Staff member to leave the situation alone and I will take over and sort it for them. I would ask the player if they have been offended in any way in what could have been saying. In a calm manner, I would resolve the situation, as soon as I had finished with the player and I know that they are now happy I would instantly go to the staff member and in a calm and considerate way and tell them what they did wrong and how they should have acted in that situation. Then I would watch them tackle some of the same situations and guide them if they are stuck.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?:
I would handle this like any other report, just because they are staff they shouldn’t be treated differently in a situation like this. I would hear what both players have to say. I would want to see any evidence that they have involving the situation. after looking into it closely I will have to come to a decision of which side to take and what punishment is necessary,
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?:
Firstly I would verbally warn and politely ask the staff member to stop as there is no need for what they are doing. if they carry on then I would have to get evidence and I would bring it up in the following meeting as a staff member doesn’t deserve to stay staff if they are going to be disrespectful and argue constantly. After, with other peoples opinions and discussions in the following meeting on the situation I will come to the conclusion of what to do with the staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?:
First of all I would confront the staff member by verbally telling them that they shouldn’t be doing that but also staying calm and friendly with them as I wouldn’t want the situation the escalate. I would automatically get proof if it came to that point for others opinions in the upcoming meeting as they should know better. I would also have to go to the victims of the situation and ask them if they are okay and how much they are hurt by it. I would need as much information as possible so I can give a good explanation in the meeting about the situation.
