How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have shown a great dedication towards the server, I am active on it on a daily basis for a long period of time, and always helping players when they needed assistance. I have welcomed new players to the server, showed them around and ensured they were aware of the rules on the server.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity and Dedication
As you can see based on my gametracker, I am extremely active on the server, some say a bit too much (they ain’t wrong
). I spend a lot of time on the server, trying to get the server active and more players on the server! I am highly dedicated to staffing on the server and would like to reach higher ranks to be able to assist with the staffing on TTT more. I have helped out one of the new staff members Ted a lot when he was in need of assistance or did not know how to handle a certain situation, and would like to be able to assist future staff more too!
Experience
I have great experience with many of the staffing tools on the server. I am aware of all the commands that all ranks have, how to use them correctly and how to ensure I do not make mistakes when executing a command, such as accidentally banning someone for much longer than they should be. This is not my first time as a staff member on the server either, while my first time round was not very good, I have shown everyone on the server that I have improved both my attitude and how I handle reports and situations. I am well aware of how many situations should be handled and what punishments should be given out in each situation.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
The only situation I can think of right now is dealing with hackers. When I suspect there may be a player who is exploiting or hacking, I instantly notify someone on the LT and ensure they have run an anticheat and that the player is being recorded for evidence if a member of the lead team was unavailable.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first read the details of the report very clearly, and make sure they are aware I am handling the report if they had any questions or needed to send on any more information. I would then examine the evidence and speak with the reported staff members/other staff members if necessary. Based off the evidence provided and the information I have gathered, I would submit my final verdict on the forum and deal with the staff member accordingly if necessary.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation(s):
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach the staff member, and let him know that I believe he/she treated a user unfairly, I would explain to them that the length of the ban was excessive, and how to properly handle a similar situation in future! I would make sure they are aware of the proper ban lengths.
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would message the staff member privately letting them know I believe they are speaking with a user with a bad attitude, I would try to calm them down and help them with the situation and ensure they knew the mistake they were making, and that they interact with users with an improved attitude in future.
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First, I would try to gather evidence to ensure I am aware of the situation so I can handle the situation correctly. If the evidence I am given does show the staff member breaking a rule, I would approach them and ask them what they were doing, I would tell them, it’s not ok to be breaking the rules, it sets a bad example for other players. If this is not the first time this has occurred, I would bring this up in the LT meeting.
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would try to calm the situation down and speak with the staff members calmly and privately, I would make sure they are aware that this kind of behaviour is not accepted within the staff team and if they have any problems with another member on the team, that they should report it to LT instead of creating an argument.
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would immediately try to de-escalate the situation and stop the staff member from harming another user. I would ensure that it never happened again, and if necessary, I would bring this up at the LT meeting and get opinions from the other members on the team about what should be done, and if necessary, we could bring the staff member in and try to sort it out at that time.
