Why You?

Previous Staffing experience

I've held been a Moderator and Admin quite a few times on TTT and have acquired the rank of Moderator four times and have been an Admin before. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I am experienced enough for the role as my vast staffing experience over the past two years. I currently hold the rank of TTT Head Admin and Deathrun Admin. I've always desired either Report Abuse or appeals, those were my most sought out sections and were always the most active sections I'd post in (except GD because a lot of stuff gets posted there.)

Forum Activity

As I mentioned above, I am active on the Forums basically throughout the entire day. I stay logged on my phone everywhere and sees every thing in the Report Abuse, Appeals, GD and TTT section. I comment on as many things as I need to, and I've been doing so for quite a while. You will rarely see someone that has more Forum activity than me, I am quite literally on the Forums ALL DAY. You could say I'm addicted (which is true) but it doesn't take away from the fact that I love it although and argument could be that if I got a Section it would just feed my addiction.

The use of a specific section

I quite literally post the meeting outcome and application replies every single week, and having a section such as Server Apps would be really useful as I wouldn't have to bother someone else in the meeting that is either a Global Mod or has that section. Its not like I'm complaining that I get to post the replies, its just that a section like that would make it "easier?" for myself.

I've been active on the Forums everyday and for a while, I have a lot of staffing experience to back my position up, and as mentioned above I hold a staff rank over 2 different servers and have now held a Lead Team position for 5 months, and still look strong for the months to come.

You do have a good post count on both server apps and appeals, and like you said you are very active on the forums. but there are a few issues I have with you as an applicant. first off, I don't really see being constructive or helpful. outside of TTT apps, you post next to nothing on other apps that is constructive or helpful. Secondly, you have had a lot of posts being deleted this month alone for not following the tou. all and all you are a good guy when it comes to talking with you TS and Discord, but there is a lot of improvements to be made first in regards to getting forum staff.

How about the number of posts you got deleted? Someone with a good attitude isn't getting their posts deleted and doesn't lose their temper over the most basic stuff which leads to them making a fool of themself on the forums.

I'd rather see you learn how to use the forums first before getting powers to actually moderate them - The amount of posts you had deleted within the last month for non-constructive posting and breaches of TOU is quite concerning for someone of your current rank(s). Don't you agree that it's a bit awkward for your fellow staff to keep following you and cleaning up the "mess" you sometimes tend to leave behind? On top of this, I've noticed a lot of people complaining about your attitude (both staff and users), and from first-hand experience, I can't really say I disagree with them. I also agree with Ross about the whole "I don't really see being constructive or helpful. outside of TTT apps, you post next to nothing on other apps that is constructive or helpful" - Since the majority (but not all) of your replies are relatively short and contribute to nothing relevant to the threads/topics themselves.

Yeah I mean posting a "rip bozo" meme on an outcome where someone got demoted is COMPLETELY breaching TOU right? I'll just leave it at that.

However I'll give you that I am not always constructive on apps from people that I don't know, I gather a rather general opinion based on their activity and their responses on their apps (You could say I am post farming and that's fairly valid) however when I have something to say (literally any recent TTT or Deathrun app) I definitely say it.

If your going to say his posts are non constructive you might as well delete half the posts on the forums. What he says isn’t that bad, we’ve all shit posted countless of times and someone shouldn’t be denied for that.
