How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been a staff now for some time now and I really like to be an admin and I like my team on ph. so I feel like I’m ready to do more for the community I want to help more and do more for the server I am starting to become weary comfortable with all the situation that I have been dealing with

I feel I am ready for to become a super admin and have been to a lot of things on the server and I never give up on my work as an admin so now I wish to take it to the next level so I can do more for the server I am very strict to the rules, and I am very helpful for others I am that type of guy that will help others before me
I am a very happy and kind man I am treating everyone nice so they can have a good time on the server, and I talk a lot with the people that is online on the server so they can have some joy and hopefully come back to the server again all I want is to make sure everyone is okay I am applying because I want to be a part of the lead team so I can do more for the people
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
When I have been playing and I se a possible hacker then I have always started to record if I didn’t reach the lead team and if I did have a problem then I did move the possible hacker to the other team to prevent the people online to be mad and unhappy, so I did always do my best to stop the hacker for destroying the happiness on the server
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
When I have did handle an abuse report to a staff then I did talk to the staff that was reported to get his side the I talked to the guy that did send in the report to be sure that I did know both sides correctly, so it want be any misunderstanding and if I was not 100% on my decision then I did contact the lead team for support

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I will talk to the staff that did ban the person to hear the reason why I did what he did and to make sure I did it right after the rules and then I will have a talk to the person that was banned to hear what he did and what did happen so that that I am sure about the situation then I will talk to the witnesses to hear what happened to make sure that he was treated fairly and if he was not then I will help him to make the ban appeal in the forum

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If he did struggle to find out how to do it in the correct way then I will call him and give him a step by step tutorial on how he should handle the situation so it will be done in the correct way to make sure the user is treated the right way

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I will put myself in both situation so I can get all the info I need to help them figure it out to solve the conflict between them in a friendly and I want to get the evidence of the staff that did rule breaker and when the conflict is over then I will report the staff that did rule breaker to the lead team so they can decide if they are still gone be staff

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would have talked to them immediately to make them relax to make the situation calm then I will talk to them one by one to find out why they were like they was to each other so I could help them figure it out and explain to them that we do not tolerate such disrespectful to each other and tell them to try to become friends so they can work good with each other again

Then I will immediately talk to the guy to stop and tell me why he/she did that and explain that he/she can’t do that because it’s not right and give he/she a new chance to make it right again
