How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator?
I've been an administrator for a long time now, since before the release of the server on February 19th 2021. In that time I have handled one of the only forum appeals for Minecraft, Kyber's Mute Appeal. (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals-a...hment-appeal#1314653) I was trained by Pie a while back and he made sure I understood everything, and during the first month of release there were a significant amount of rulebreakers and cm ban evaders (yeah you jusu and smol.) So I dealt with those situations for a while, also as of recent we've had a good amount of staff applications. I took it upon myself to ask Josh and MadMagic if I could train the new staff members under HA supervison. I trained Luigi, Smol, and Finlay for their moderator positions.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want)

For starters I'd like to talk about my experience around the community. I've been staff for a very long time now, and I was accepted for my first lead team position 5 and a half months ago. I am a very good communicator and I also interact with most parts of the community. I have tried to expand myself outside of SSRP ever since I got SSRP super admin. As a Lead Team member on Murder and SSRP I am very familiar with Lead Team situations such as dealing with staff on staff situations, abusive staff members, and lead team infighting. While I don't hope that these incidents occur, sometimes they do and you need to know to deal with them. I also stand out because I'm active on ts, I've helped with server testing, and I assist with staff trainings. With this in mind, I believe I'd make a good lead team member.

I've been staff for about 8 consecutive months now, and through that time I've gained trust, experience, and communication skills. I hold 3 Head Admin ranks within the community and I believe that this shows the massive amount of trust that I've worked towards. I've also worked with the cm team on projects for other servers, and I've helped other Server Owners test some content before. I am trusted within the community, and I've also attempted going for community manager, which leads to my next point.


Dedication
I have been with the ZARP community for over a year now, and throughout that time for the most part I have been a staff member. Once I returned to staffing during the Christmas Update of 2020 I worked my way up gaining trust and experience in the positions I have today. I have been dedicated to the community throughout this time, even helping develop the Murder server. I also hold 3 Head Administrator ranks and a Global Moderator rank on the forums.

Attitude
I'd like to think that I am known to be a pretty nice dude, I try my best to have a nice attitude in game, in TS, on the forums, and in discord. I interact with most of the community, especially in discord and TS. I also want to tie this into communication, because to have good communication you have to have a good attitude.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I've never encountered a situation like this on Minecraft before to be perfectly honest with you. This happens more frequently on SSRP, where there's more situations compared to the MC server.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First I would review the abuse report post and then review the evidence. After reviewing I would contact the staff member reported and wait for a response.I would then ask for their side of the story and bring them on to TS to discuss it further. If it did, unfortunately, turn out the staff member was at fault after consulting other lead team members I would bring it up in the LT meeting, unless the action required was only a speaking with to make sure they understood not to do what they did again. However, if it did go to the LTM, then a punishment verdict would be reached.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would first go to the staff member to get the information on what happened. After hearing the story I would contribute my input on how the punishment was too harsh, but I also want to hear out their reasoning as well. I would make sure to come across in a positive manner as to not make the staff member feel too terrible, as everyone makes mistakes. After that, I would then make sure the appropriate length was assigned and remind the staff member of our ethos.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would remind the staff member that everyone must be treated equally and without bias. If it was an attitude issue, I'd pull the staff member aside and ask if theres something wrong, and if they need help with the sit they're handling so they can stay calm. I would make sure the staff member has learned from their mistakes and that it hopefully won't happen again. I would make sure that if they were disrespectful that the staff member apologizes for their behavior. If the problem then continued then I would bring up their attitude in the LTM.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
If this were to happen I would first try to make sure that the claim the staff member made is valid. Secondly, I would tell the staff member that he should contact the lead team instead of causing an argument within the staff team. If it happens to be true I would calmly remind the other staff member of the rule they were breaking and I would ask them to be a bit more mindful and maybe suggest that they go over the rules again to make sure that an incident like this would not happen again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would first reach out to the staff member that started the argument and ask what happened, after getting the story from them I would remind them that we are all should treat each other with the respect that we would want ourselves to receive. I would then have them talk it all out to try to diffuse the situation and get to a state where the staff member acknowledges his/her mistake, as all staff members should have a positive attitude towards one another.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I first would instantly tell the staff member to stop what they are doing as it is affecting other users. I would then tell them to apologize for what they did and make sure that it does not happen again. I would then refresh the staff member on the rule they were breaking to reinforce the fact that what they did was wrong. Then through the week, I would observe if it happens again, if it does then I would be sure to bring it up in the LTM.
