Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
A Situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: The Ban command gets used often unfortunately and a situation that it is normally used in is if a player has too many recent punishments within a certain amount of time or a significant amount in one day. The numbers are normally if you get 7 in a short time frame or 5 in one day.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)
After receiving Moderator I have been determined to make sure Zarp TTT has a limited amount of rule breakers. I have learnt all the commands and used them when needed. I can say since I have received moderator I don't think I have come off TTT after I got 100 hours in my first week, I got hang of things very fast. If I get this promotion then I can guarantee I'll be online tackling everything that is needed. I enjoy playing on Zarp TTT and I love to see people enjoying themselves on it too. I do hate to see punishments increase for players and if I get administrator then I can handle this myself.
My hours on the server increase so much everyday and all the other staff can rely on me being on for hours daily. like I have been doing while being a moderator. All the players that play on the server frequently all know me and they know how fun I am. I like to put suggestions forward to other staff to show my dedication to the TTT server.
