Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
If someone new joins the server, first of all I would suggest not being disheartened if it is a high tier map and nominate an easier map to learn on. In addition, I would first explain the bare basics of surf such as use only a and d and let your momentum carry you for speed. The smoother you are on the ramps the more momentum you gather, and to be smooth you must try and land on ramps parallel to the direction they are heading. In order to get height, as I told my friend when introduced her to surf, you must think of the ramp as that exactly - a ramp. If you turn into the ramp and create a little flick you will get height without losing momentum and you must think of your momentum always heading in the direction you are facing, which is why turning into the ramp allows you to go up it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First of all, It does depend on what they are spamming. But if it is harmless spam I would give them the benefit of the doubt at first and give them a warning and a friendly reminder of the rules of the server.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Again in this situation I would remind the person, who is exploiting, the server/community rules and explain to them if they don't stop I will need to take action. If they continued and showed that they were disregarding the server rules I would kick them from the server. If they joined back and continued I would take the matter to a member of staff that is a higher rank than myself.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I am a friendly individual who likes to help people. I have experience being staff on two Garry's mod DarkRP servers in the past and have made it to Head admin on one, and super administrator on the other. I have good morals and have a good level of maturity that will allow me to take my role seriously. I am an active member of the ZARP surf community and feel like i know most of the community already, but for those who are new to the server I am always friendly and helpful when asked a question.
