Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I would start by warning them about it, if they ignored my warnings i would gag them for however long deemed worthy.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone is using an exploit again i would warn them and then if they ignored me i would kick/ban or whatever the punishment is for that offence.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is when someone is using spectator mode to give away prop locations and lead hunters/teammates directly to them, it sucks.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think i should be chosen to be staff because i'm on everyday, pretty much all day so i am definitely active.
I don't put up with people spamming, i usually mute and advise everyone else to who's complaining about it to do so as well as them complaining about it is spamming in its self.
I often tell the newbies to use F4 for daily's and WEB button in taunt menu for customs.
I have no problems with talking on mic
Think the regulars on this server are the best bunch of nerds like myself and it'd be nice to have powers to stop the annoying cheats.

Extra Information: (Not Required) Prop hunts the only reason i got gmod lol
