You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties: I would ask Player A to stop, If they continue to harass me verbally I would voice/chat mute them for Disrespect to Staff.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. Depending on how the player talked with me in a call and how sincere they were, I will review the application and if the person is suitable for an unban and his application is greatly written with valid evidence, I would accept and write.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted since being admin would make me more active in general (Remember I have school for next week till Wednesday) and it would help if no other Admin+ are on. Being Admin would be a great oppurtunity to be a better staff member, And overall I think I learned more than I had before. Being SSRP Staff on ZARP helped me pass the time and help with my loneliness. ZARP had taught me this: [ Be kind to the ones you helped, And the ones you will help, You are a person of your own and dream big. ] I feel like Mungers helped me through this and I think I should be promoted because I put heart and effort into my work that is being a staff member of the SSRP (Dark RP) Server. I know people wouldn't want me but it is worth a try! I am also trying to become admin because not always is everybody on, So I want to make sure that ZARP stays clear of rule breakers!
Also I don't want to be the same rank as Smol and Turtlx, If Mungers got accepted then so can I. (why is this a reference.)
Also Finlay got accepted before me which is sort of cringe, No offence.

You are showing dedication and you are friendly however I completely disagree.
This is seriously the most idiotic quote i've seen, its not about who gets accepted first, its about performing and showing that you can handle situations so we can trust you with more power. its not cringe or anything. Finlay has been showing improvements on as moderator as he has been showing us that he is capable on becoming Administrator. However you've got alot of points which you need to improve on alot. Somehow you keep finding a way to kind of mess up when we are positive about you. You basically keep suprising us with more and more actions. It is alright to make those 'dumb quotes' mistakes. However don't call it cringe because someone is performing better than you.
As I've suggested, just keep re-reading the rules if you're unsure and otherwise ask the Staff Team with if you are unsure, instead of instantly quoting "idiotic" quotes in ooc like 'Spinbotting is FearRP' or yesterday with you got arrested because you had a illegal weapon out and you said it was "baiting."
I know there are people targeting you currently which you should not keep your eyes on, keep your eyes on yourself. Work on the feedback given; Starting with getting more knowledge about the SSRP Rules and then we will work on you not discussing Admin Chat related stuff in (OOC)

Imo you shouldn't bash on someone who is earlier admin than you.
Also i know this is a copy paste, however; You shouldn't become more active suddenly just because of you receiving a rank. We're looking for consistent, active and improving people who basically show that as i said; that they're capable of handling situaitons.

Not sure why you're calling out other staff members, especially one that has had the most f1s for the past 2 weeks (excluding this one because he's on vacation)
