How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

In my time as administrator (both my first time round and the last month) I spent my time developing my skills as an administrator and my ability to both learn the rules, how to enforce them and how to make sure my punishments when given are effective in making the players not rulebreak. I am perhaps a bit too lenient on my punishments but my ability to make friends with all players means that I don't have to give as strict punishments as others for the players to stop rule breaking.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?


I have always prided myself as a leader by example for the other administrators and especially the moderators on the staffing team. I always try to give my opinion in meetings and help out wherever I can, whether it is because I see someone else struggling when handling a report or because some players on the server have taken a disliking towards the other staff. I am very well liked in the community and the one player that didn't like me I permabanned!

Since becoming administrator I have trained multiple staff, encouraged multiple players to apply for a staffing position and handled a multitude of punishment requests/appeals on the forums, all of which have helped me in consolidating my skills as an administrator. I have never received an official warning or a demotion and my mistakes have been limited, the ones I do make I have learned from and then ensured not to make the same mistake again.

I did use to be known as a bit of a minge on the server and in the community but since getting Moderator for the first time I have not received a single punishment in the community (excluding a small little ban on the forums and discord due to a horrible jump to conclusion I made regarding a drama in the community which I have since apologized for and ensured that those I did offend held no bad feelings towards myself after I had calmed down).

I am always active on the forums and discord and whenever I am playing the game I hop on the team speak to talk to the other staff. I am easily contactable in this regard.

I also believe that I would fit in well with the current lead team on TTT. I am friends with everyone on the staff team and I think that being a lead team member would provide me the platform to continue to help all of the other staff on the team and help make the server great again!


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

When I was admin the first time I believed that someone I had banned was back on the server and ban evading. I had run the steam family sharing check as is the only thing I could do however it come back empty so all I could do was keep a close eye on them. I then contacted a cm team member to try and confirm if it was a ban evader but no one was online. I stayed online and ensured that the player wasn't breaking any rules and then when it was confirmed that it was a ban evading player I perma banned them from the server.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

I would inform everyone that I am handling the situation by posting so on the forums. I would then collect all the evidence and talk to both staff members in order to gain a full understanding of the situation. Once I have gained a full understanding of the situation I would reach a verdict and post one of the following

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?


I would first try and gain a full understanding of the situation and ensure this is a situation where the staff member needs to be contacted. When this has been done I would ask the staff member to come on to team speak and talk to me about the situation. I would then ask the staff member to explain the situation from their point of view and ask why they came to the conclusion that they came to. I would then remind the staff member of the guidelines for ban lengths as outlined in the hand book and explain to them that whilst they should come to a verdict they see is fully fit they should always operate according to the ethos where it is appropriate. I would then ban the user for an appropriate length and tell them that I have contacted the staff member and it wont happen again.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?


I would ask the staff member to stop in what they are doing and to come on team speak and talk with me. I would ask them to calm down and try and resolve the situation in as calm a way as possible. Once that has been done I would discuss with the staff member how they should correctly resolve a situation, reminding them that everyone makes mistakes so that they don't feel badly about having to be contacted and as to not ruin their confidence.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?


I would first ask both staff members to come on team speak and talk to each staff member privately. Once I have gained a full understanding of the situation I would reach a verdict and then speak to them both together and explain my verdict. If it was a serious rule break I would then bring the staff member up in the meeting, otherwise I would defuse the situation and explain to the accusing staff member what happened.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?


I would diffuse the situation and ask all staff members involved to come onto the teamspeak. I would then try and gain an understanding of what happened and speak to each staff member privately to ensure they have calmed down. I would then bring the whole team together and ensure that the situation is resolved and they can all keep working together in a friendly manner.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?


I would tell the staff member to stop what they are doing and come on the team speak immediately. Once I am in a private call with them I would ask them to explain why they were breaking rules. If they are remorseful/didn't realise they were breaking rules I would explain what rules they are breaking and ask them to read through the rule book again and then apologise to any users that were seriously harmed. If they knew what they was doing I would call an emergency meeting to discuss the situation with the other lead team members and resolve the situation appropriately.
