A new player joins the server and wants to know how they can report another player, they also state they have sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:

I would tell them to use the /report (player) (reason) command where they can report the player that has been breaking the rules. If the report requires evidence then I would ask them to send the video/image via discord to the staff member handling the report or they could report abuse on forums using the Punishment Request Template with the evidence attached.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:

Firstly I'd ask them to stop spamming messages in the chat. If the player continues to chat spam then I'd use the appropriate command the server has to mute the player. I would also ask them to read the rules and if it's not their first time then I'd warn them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would explain to them that what they're doing is considered an exploit and ask them to stop immediately. I'd also inform them that they can report the exploit on forums. If they continue to use the exploit then I'd kick them to warn them again and contact a higher staff member to deal with the exploiter if they keep repeating it.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:

I'd ask the harasser to stop and pm the player that is being harassed to ask if they want them punished. If the player wants them to be punished then I'd either kick or mute the harasser. If they continue to harass the player after I have told them to stop and their warnings then I'd contact a higher staff member to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I think I would be a perfect candidate to be on the Minecraft server staff team as I'm active on all servers I love and also don't want to see this server that could have so much potential, stay with no players online. I'm also the perfect candidate since I'm widely known around Zarp for always having the most positive attitude (Voted "Most Wholesum Person on Zarp" by 0 people) and being patient even with really toxic players I've encountered. I feel like I have lots of suggestions I could work on with other staff members. I wasn't a player when the server came out but I've played on the server for hours and even tried to get some people to join when it started losing it's player base. You can tell I've tried getting people on as I've made a few minecraft posts, I'm top voter right now and I'm also working on a project that I'm announcing soon that could bring a few player on the server.
