Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as a moderator i have seen every kind of situation possible on surf: racism, homophobia, mic spamming, etc... and i have always acted in an appropriate manner. I have also helped alot of players when they couldn't beat a map or a stage(if i'm good enough)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There were two players on the server that were being racist and hompophobic. They wouldnt't stop so i had to kick them. They came back and continued so I had to call an admin to temporarily ban them.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congrats X on becoming a moderator. As a moderator you will be able to mute and gag people that break the rules in text and voice chat. You are also able to strip people of their weapons if they are obstructing other player with them.You can warn users with the !warn command in chat. If a rule-breaker continuously breaks the rule you can also kick them as a last ditch effort. You can find all the commands in the tab menu.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After talking with the staff member about you and the exploit that you used i have decided that this appeal has been:

You haven't caused any problems before and it's your first ban so I have decided to remove the ban.
I would recomend you read the server rules before playing next time.
I have also told the admin that banned you that he isn't allowed to instantly perma ban someone
Have fun on the server

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think it's about time i applied for admin. I have been a mod for 8 months now and I am an SA on prophunt aswell so I know the rules pretty good. I would also like to stay in the clusterfuck that is the surf meeting, a bit longer.
