Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: As a professional movement player (excluding surfing) I could personally train them! Or just be lazy and show them a video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If someone was mic/text spamming I would politely ask them to stop, if they refused I would gag/mute them for a certain amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone was to exploit and they didn't know they were exploiting I would ask them to stop, if they carried on after I had told them not to do so, I would contact a higherup and ask for their help in this situation. Depending on the severity of the exploit a punishment could be put into play.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be chosen, because even though I'm from the US, I play EU times as well making sure no one is rule-breaking when most people have gone to sleep. I believe I would be perfect was this spot, as I would make sure all new players felt welcome and knew exactly what they were doing before I carried on playing the server myself. I've also had experience staffing before on SSRP where I have been a moderator three times which is why I may have an advantage over some people as I understand the punishment system.
