Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as moderator has shown me how to deal with rule breakers on a pointshop server. It's outlined the differences in staffing between SSRP and Pointshop servers which has solidified my understanding of the rules and the ways to deal with rule breakers. Due to my moderator rank, i have been on the server much more and have therefore been interacting with the surf community more. This leads to a higher level of trust and proves that i am ready for an administrative role

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have had a situation where i had to mute a user for racism. When the user was unmuted they didn't understand why they had been muted and thought they hadn't done anything wrong. I had to then explain to them which rule they broke and why it isn't allowed on our server.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
The moderator is the first rank within our staff team, this means that the moderator rank is the first step that every single staff member takes in becoming a higher rank. A moderators job is to punish and deal with rule breakers on the server. Your job is to mute, warn, gag, and kick players from the server in relation to each end every rule they break. You may also be required to give user information on how to surf and how to gain speed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Firstly, i would contact the staff member and discuss with them if they think the player deserves to be unbanned. If they agreed then i would reply to their appeal with the following: Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be accepted because i am a dedicated staff member. This is shown by a number of high up staff ranks within the community. I am hard working and not bias. I deal with rule breakers on a number of servers daily and hope to make surf an even more safe environment for everyone playing.
