How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I personally feel as though my time as Admin has been quite good and not too tricky besides the odd occasion where I have come across mic spammers or just general immaturity which I believe I have dealt with quite well.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
The reason I believe I’m a good candidate for being part of the lead team is because I’m trustworthy and have good relations with other staff members. I’m active on the server, TeamSpeak and in the general community. I’m also approachable and willing to ask questions and queries from players on the server and in general.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have never needed assistance which has needed a lead team member to come and help me as my time as admin as it hasn’t been that chaotic
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first confront the player who has made the complaint and understand his point of the story and make sure the person being accused is aware of what is going on. If the player (who has been accused) is unsure what has been happening I would ask for their side of the story and make sure that things makes sense and add up. I would then proceed to take a neutral approach to see whose fully in the wrong. I would then send out a formal note saying whether the persons appeal has been accepted or denied.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would say to the staff member why they have banned them and ask for it in detail. I would check the Rap sheet and make sure that they have banned them for the right amount of time or see if they should have been banned at all. I would see if they have disobeyed the rules multiple times and check if they have a reputation for being disobedient and abusive. If I believe the ban length is unfair and unjustified then I would mention this to the person who banned them and ask to lower the length of the ban.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member what has been happening so I could understand for myself the situation and give advice on how to handle it either in DMs or over TS/Discord so they get a clear understanding and will be able to tackle the problem in the future
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member (who is accusing the other staff member) what the problem is and if there’s any proof of the matter. If they show me a good amount of evidence e.g., a video or screenshot then I would further question the staff member who is being accused why they did it and keep a closer eye on them when other staff is offline. However if there is no evidence in supporting the matter I would investigate for myself and see if I catch any evidence for myself.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would try and get both sides of the argument and understand the meaning behind it all and get them to talk to each other calmly and respectfully. If they do not want to co-operate then I would have to step in and try and resolve the issue by speaking to them directly.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
The first thing I would do is to have a private conversation in either DMs or in voice chat explaining to the staff member that its against the rules and should know better. I would then proceed to say that its harming other users and ruining it for them. If they ignore my advice and done listen I would mention to other lead team members and suggest them being emergency demoted.
