Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I have been a mod for a few weeks now and I think my time as a mod has been good enough to get admin now, I have been active throughout the weeks and helped out users with understanding how to play and how to follow the rules

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There hasn't been a situation where there's been a defiant user as there are always admins on. However if there was a defiant user then I would ping for a admin+ in the discord (Which I totally am in) to get on the server to deal with them.

When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: It would be appropriate to use the ban command if someone was repeatedly breaking rules and accumulated several recent in a short period of time. Another example of a good time would be if they were being repeatedly racist.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would reply handling on the application to allow fellow staff to know I am handling the appeal, I would then speak with the admin and come to a verdict on the situation.
For this scenario I would accept the appeal due to them only receiving one ban and for apologising in great detail and putting effort into their appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have maintained my activity over the weeks that I've been murder staff (unlike others smh) I have used my commands appropriately and treat users fairly, for example if they were new and broke a rule I would verbal them instead. I already know how to use the commands from experience on other servers. It would be nice to get promoted as is it will make dealing with rulebreakers easier with the right commands.
