Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
If a new player joins the server I'll ask him if he requests support. If they do need the support I would guide them through what they need help in whilst they're spectating me. Otherwise, I'd ask if he would rather have written/spoken help. If my advice doesn't help him, I would redirect him to a tutorial that is on youtube which solves the problems they're facing (an example would be a video guide learning how to surf).
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
[Firstly, I'd request them to nicely stop. However, if they keep going at it they will get a warning. After 3 warnings they will receive a mute
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone is using an exploit on the server, I will give them the warning to stop however if it escalates and they do not stop I will kick them. If they return and carry on doing the same thing then I will request for a higher-up staff member to deal with them and punish them accordingly.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen as I have good enough experience on surf. I've played before on other servers and other games however this server has been the most friendly and unique I've played on. I want to help out the surf community on zarp by applying as a moderator. For whenever I am not surfing and there is someone who is out there who needs support I am able to give them a helping hand.

I think you would be great on surf, as long as that can keep you away from ssrp xD. Would love to see you be a little more engaging with the players on surf till friday's meeting.
