About me:

I live in the UK and I have been playing on Zarp servers for over two years now. Within this time, i have managed to accumulate a few high ranks within the community. For example, i am Head Administrator on SSRP and discord/TeamSpeak. I am also a member of the community council.

Traits and Abilities:

I have been Minecraft staff for a while now and have also be an active player in the community before that. Due to this i believe alot of people have come to know me well. However, I will outline some of my traits and abilities for those that haven't. I am fairly laid back but do take staffing seriously as shown by my time as staff and I always help new players as much as I can. I have also handled a lot of forum reports, although, due to the Minecraft player count being low, there hasn't been any reports. However, with the arrival of a new server, I'm sure i will be able to prove my claims!

What I will bring to Minecraft as a Head Administrator:

As a head admin i hope to get the community more involved than they already are in updates and events. The server's community will feel that their voices are heard more. This will bring more new players to the server and help boost Zarp's popularity within Minecraft. I will personally make an effort to ask users what they feel could and should be added to the server and why. Whether this be through anonymous replies to questionnaires or a post on the forums. I also hope to bring new events to Zarp Minecraft since i believe that is where the server is lacking. As a Head Administrator, i will be able to build and promote these events through the use of Creative Mode and forum posting. This will boost the player count as well as increase popularity.

Situations I will deal with as a Head Administrator:

Staff Reports:

One of the Head Admin's duties is to make sure that every staff member deals with new and difficult situations effectively and with no bias. If i got a message on discord or an SA was reported on the forums, i would first analyse the situations and see whether or not the staff member had done anything wrong. If they had, then i would recommend to them a new way of dealing with similar situations and make sure that they know what they did wrong and how they could improve on handling the situation later on. If all that was wrong with the situation was their attitude then i would keep an eye on them and remind them that staff members are meant to be helpful at all times and should not be rude or toxic towards other players.

Cheaters:
As my time as a Super Administrator, i have not had to deal with many hackers. Although, i have been in situations where i have needed to use my SA abilities to try and catch hackers. For example, using /gm spectator to watch people mining to see if they are using X-RAY. Even though there haven't been many cheating incidents on Zarp Minecraft in my time as staff, i'm sure that with the arrival of the new server, i will be bale to prove myself by catching and dealing with hackers in an appropriate manner.

Staff Arguments:
A Head Administrator, i may have to deal with Super Admins arguing. This will need to be dealt with because a staff team always needs to be on the same page. This is so that the staff team can cooperate with each other. If the two staff members get into an argument, i will remind them that the staff team need to work together to be successful. I would then try and resolve the situation and remind both of the staff members of staff ethos and that they need to have a positive impact within the staff team

Abusive Staff Members:
As my time as staff on Minecraft, i have not had to deal with any instances of abusive staff members, although on other servers such as SSRP i have. In these instances, i would approach the staff member and tell them what they did wrong and what they need to do in the future. However, if the staff member decides that they still want to abuse, then i will either issue and emergency demotion or bring it up in the next LT meeting. I would then fill out all of the relevant information on the LT spreadsheet.

Why I Should Be Chosen:

I have been Super Admin for around 3 months and 2 weeks. As a Head Admin it will be one of my aims to host and help out with events. This includes spawning in weapons and hopefully hosting new and exciting events. As stated above, i am currently Head Administrator on SSRP, TeamSpeak, and Discord. This proves that i am able to cope under pressure and also already have the experience necessary to deal with new Head Administrator Situations. I am always active in meetings and am not afraid to speak my mind. Last week, i asked for feedback from HA+ and was told to get activity on the servers that i am already staff on before going for a higher staff rank on Minecraft. I have recently been playing SSRP a lot more and have been coming on TS and Discord more as well. I have been helping Mad Magic with prisons
