Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
It would be appropriate to ban someone if they were mass RDMing and they had previous punishments for doing so, you must take the ethos into consideration whenever placing a ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player X, I have discussed your ban with the banning staff member and we have decided to accept your appeal considering this is your first ban and you have given an apology. Please do not use exploits again, we take them very serious when misused and we'd rather have you report exploits instead of using them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I am a former Community Manager of ZARP so with the experience and knowledge I have would be a massive contribution to the staff team. Though I haven't shown much of my staffing abilities since coming back to the staff team due to the server being less populated, I am perfectly capable of utilising bans and other commands whenever it is absolutely necessary. I am active, trusted and mature so I believe I do qualify to deserve the promotion to becoming an admin on TTT, thank you for reading my application.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
