I have been a staff member on ZARP for a very long time now. I am currently an SSRP Head Admin, which I believe shows a notable amount of trust within the community, during this time I have dealt with numerous report abuses, staff on staff situations, and dealing with staff in-game I was also reached out to by Onion about a month before the MC server launched, and I was asked to be an initial staff member for it, I was very grateful to have that opportunity. Due to me coming into an LT position I am also Discord/TS3 staff, which I have been active within both parts of that position. Next, I was accepted as a Global Moderator, during my time as a Global Mod so far I have helped lots of other forum staff members and users with their threads, dealing with TOU breaking posts, and assisting with the staff list after meetings. I have also spent my time as a Global Mod assisting other section moderators with their staffing work. Finally, I was working alongside Richard, Joshua, and codabro to help bring the murder server to life. We were working for months on the server prior to presenting it to the CM Team. Afterwards, I continued to help make the server and test on it, I was then given the position of Murder Head Admin. I believe that all of these positions give me enough trust and experience to be promoted to Forum Admin.

Dedication

I have been with the ZARP community for over a year now, and throughout that time for the most part I have been a staff member. Once I returned to staffing during the Christmas Update of 2020 I worked my way up gaining trust and experience to the positions I have today. I have been dedicated to the community throughout this time, even helping develop the Murder server. I also hold 2 Head Administrator ranks on SSRP and Murder and finally, I have been very persistent in my forum work.

Communication

I communicate on TS, Discord, in-game, and on the forums. I speak with not only my fellow LT and the CM Team, but also with other users in TeamSpeak, as well as helping other staff members resolve issues. TS is also the most common place for me to communicate with the other staff members. I try my best to be consistently available for users and staff.

Attitude
I feel as though my attitude is respectful and critical, especially within the forums and Discord. In both giving and receiving feedback and dealing with staff members on any level. I am always looking for ways to improve my work as a staff member and always looking to help out all the staff in any way I can. I always listen to what other users and staff have to say, I try to be as approachable as possible.
