Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I think that seeing myself as an Admin will be a succes, I've got ALOT of experience with the ULX system, I know almost every comamnd out of my head due to earlier Administrator experience on DarkRP related and Pointshop related servers outside of zarp.
I've got in total I think since when I played Garry's Mod in 2014, by being admin on at least 50+ different servers with alot of experience gained.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Luckily I haven't really encountered a obstacle yet, I'm applying for Administrator to be part of the Administrative Team to avoid this from happening and make it less possible that it will take place.

When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
I've never been staff on Murder before but I do have alot of experience from other gamemodes with the following examples:
- The user threats by trying to crash the server or ddossing.
- The user has an excessive amount of recent warnings.
- The user is massively breaking the rule(s) and not willing to stop.
- The user being massively racist, homophobic, discriminative etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all, I would review why he was banned and what he exaclty did to be permanently banned. Then I would contact the Staff member who banned him for the Exploiting, I would discuss with the Administrator what their Point Of View is and if they're willing to reduce the ban. In this occasion if they accept to unban the user I will say the following example:

About me
I'm 19 years old born in the Netherlands and I've got alot of dedication on being staff on ZARP. I'm always willing to do things right, I'm insecure and I've been suffering with depression for 14 years now. I've got 5 cats which I can cuddle with ;D. I'm currently trying my best to be positive and I'm always being positive no matter what the outcome is. I'm a person you can always talk with. I handle situations professionally and I never have a judgement about peoples decision and choises. I've got ADHD and a light form of Autism. I'm always willing to help people and put a smile on peoples face. I'm always trying to make both parties happy if someone makes a report
The only real downside I've got is that I say / do some things due to my ADHD without thinking what I've actually done. I'm always working on it. Doing my best. I've never used my personal issues as an excuse to do things which admins never should do.

Experience
I've always put effort in doing my administrative duties. I've always considered looking further in some reports. For example going after it asking diffrent Admins or even Super Admins to check their point of view of the report.
I do have ALOT of experience with doing Administrative duties due to my experience with ULX, I've handled with almost every type of situation effectively and professionally
.
I really think I can be helping the Staff Team by having me as Administrator so I can help avoid people from breaking the server rules. By giving me more power, that I can handle with every situation more effectively.
