I speak English, Norwegian, some tiny bits of Spanish as well as a small bit of French. Also understanding in Danish and Swedish.

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would talk to the new player and I would advise them to give the evidence in either a personal message to me, a video in a discord chat with me, or a video sharing link in the admin chat. If the evidence is sufficient; I would then message the user who was reported that ghosting is not allowed on this server and that I am going to warn them.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would ask the player to verbally stop harassing and disrespecting the player, but if they continued in this fashion, I would mute or gag the person depending on where the person is taking out their frustration.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen because I enjoy playing murder, I would like to build upon the current staff team, I would like to help out any user I can by warning disrespectful players disrupting the gameplay, I would like to vote on my fellow staff teams applications, and I also get along with the majority of current staff team, as well as the other candidates applying for this position.

I have been staff on ZARP approaching a year on servers such as Trouble in Terrorist Town, Minecraft and Deathrun. I started as a Moderator on Trouble in Terrorist Town back in August of 2020, reaching Administrator not long after. I started as a Moderator on Deathrun in early January of 2021, now being a Head Administrator.
