A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would ask them to send me the proof and if it shows the people ghosting I will punish accordingly.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would tell the user to stop it and if they continue with this behaviour I will mute them and if they keep doing this I will ask an admin to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be moderator because I enjoy the game mode and I also have past experiences as staff on: Minecraft moderator, SSRP Mod x2 and Admin x1, TTT Admin and death run moderator. I think this shows trust as I rarely make mistakes and I'm not biased when it comes to handling situations.
