I have been a staff member on ZARP for a very long time now. I am currently an SSRP Super Admin, which I believe shows a solid amount of trust within the community, during this time I have dealt with numerous report abuses, staff on staff situations, and dealing with staff in-game. I was also invited to be a part of the SSRP Council, which was an open debate several months ago, it was about future changes on SSRP. Chute told me that they wanted to start getting in touch with their community more, and I was happy to be invited to it. I was also reached out to by Onion about a month before the MC server launched, and I was asked to be an initial staff member for it, I was very grateful to have that opportunity. Due to me coming into an LT position I am also Discord/TS3 staff, which I have been active within both parts of that position. Next, I was accepted as a Global Moderator, during my time as a Global Mod so far I have helped lots of other forum staff members and users with their threads, dealing with TOU breaking posts, and assisting with the staff list after meetings. Finally, I was working alongside Richard, Joshua, and codabro to help bring the murder server to life. We were working for months on the server prior to presenting it to the CM Team. Afterwards, I continued to help make the server and test on it, I was then given the position of Murder Head Admin. I feel that these ranks within the community show that I can be trusted with the SSRP Head Admin rank.

My Plans
As a Head Admin, I plan to be an available, active, and approachable person for all users and staff to come to whenever needed. This will be done through playing at times where others can not. Having this rank would also help me greatly host and create events through the extra commands and utilities given to me. I would also like to address any issues between staff members to make it a better place to communicate and work together. Two of our current Head Admins are also doing hard work in other places so maybe a little bit of extra help would not hurt.

Activity
I am on SSRP almost every day that I can be, I post on the forums almost daily, I strive to never miss a meeting, I join TeamSpeak for things other than the meetings, I have also been on TS working on the Murder server. I have been communicating more with people on TS and trying to interact with them more than sitting in a spacer, I have been trying to communicate with them when I can and I have also been actively trying to contribute to the community in ways that I can, like the Murder server. I am always able to be reached out to via Steam, Discord, in-game, and on the forums.

Why I Should Be Promoted

Time And Dedication
Throughout my time in the SSRP community, I have been very active consistently. Not just making sure to go above and beyond the requirement but making sure I’m available on the server at all times. Making sure the staff do things properly and handling F1s as necessary. This paired along with my timezone, allows me to be on at times where others may not be available, which I believe would be helpful to the server. It allows me to help out the server to the best of my ability whenever I’m on.

Attitude and Actions
I feel as though my attitude is respectful and critical. In both giving and receiving feedback and dealing with staff members on any level. I am always looking for ways to improve my work as a staff member and always looking to help out all the staff in any way I can. I have always tried to work on the feedback I was given. I also try to be as approachable as possible.

Forums and Teamspeak
Although focusing on being available to users and staff for as long as possible, I make sure to put aside time to spend on TeamSpeak to connect with the community as well as be there for anyone that needs to talk over TeamSpeak. I am also very active on the forums having the rank of Global Mod. I read and respond to posts daily as well as giving constructive feedback on the forums whenever I feel it is best to do so.

Experiences As a Super Admin
Over my 3 months as a Super Admin, I have dealt with many situations that have helped me understand my role and what I should be to the staff team. I have done many trainings and volunteer for them often. I have dealt with many questions related to rules and situations. I have discussed changes to the server to help balance the gameplay. I have also brought up many personal suggestions including rule changes.
