Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I'd likely link them to a useful and easy to understand surf tutorial in their language.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I'd give them a verbal warning to spam mic abuse, if continued then I would follow server protocol for punishments (likely a temp-mute, leading to a kick/temp-ban/perm-mute with appeal).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Assuming this is under my own discretion I would find out as much information about the exploit as I could, temp-ban the player and report it to the developers and server owners.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have a fair amount of experience moderating without abusing power or letting it get to my head (FieryNetwork, /r/assholedesign, hamcosu Community Discord). I can deal with a wide variety of situations calmly and appropriately and believe that I can keep the already calm community at rest and perhaps make it a friendlier and more welcome place (even though it is already good)
