Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Reason 1: 1 situation in which I would use the ban command is when somebody is mass rdming and I have already warned them about it at least 2 times, they clearly have NITRP and are only on the server to cause issues.
Reason 2: Another reason I would use the ban command on somebody is if they are using alts for nukes, events, casino, drug runs, etc. and they already have punishments for it on their rapsheet.
Reason 3: One more reason I would ban a user is if they were propspamming or trying to crash the server
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: In the F1 menu, you can see any active F1's and who is handling them, if you right click any F1 you can handle them or mark them as spam and when they are handled to make it easier you can goto and bring the F1 maker from the F1 menu. The warnings tab in the F1 menu shows you any recent warns and can be helpful to quickly remove a punishment. The next tab is the logs, the logs show the steam ID of any player in it and show you kills, arrests, DC's, job switches, joins, hits, NLR, and defibs. The active NLR tab tells you all the people that have active NLR currently (doesn't mean they're breaking it) and also includes players steam ID and the district they have NLR in.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. I would tell them to stop and if they don't then they will get muted and if they continue after the mute I would give them a 1 day maybe slightly shorter or longer ban depending on what they're saying.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. First, I would read through the whole appeal and any evidence placed and then I would contact the banning admin and I would argue for the guy considering his detailed apology I don't think he would prop spam again but it all comes down to the banning staff member.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I think I should be promoted because as a moderator I've experienced few situations where I was the only staff online and multiple people were mass rulebreaking which is very difficult to deal with in general but especially as a moderator its very hard to apprehend all of them and give all of them their individual warnings just for them to do it again and you don't have the right to ban them, all you can do is call on an admin. I have tons of activity and being on that much I can help other staff with difficult situations and overall just make the server a better environment for people just trying to grind and get into the server. I try to do most of the F1's but there are so many great staff members that do them. But overall I just wanna make people's day better, make the server a better environment for new players, and be a great staff member supporting, inspiring, and influencing other staff members and even users.
