Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

If the person wants to learn to surf then I ask him to do f1 so press How To Surf and that will redirect him to the zarp forum with a tutorial in it so that he can easily learn to surf

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I tell the person to calm down, as the first warning, I explain to him to read the rules whether it is spam in writing or orally and that under the second warning he will therefore be gag for 5 minutes and if he does it again I will transfer him for about 2-3 days so that he can question himself.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If I see a person used an exploit I think I will give him an oral warning and if I see him do it again I think I would sanction a ban because it is not something to do on this server

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I know a little about the staff on this server, I know the rules, as well as for the administration commands.
I want to become Modo of this server, because I can see in the server's Chat or in voice
that people contact us at least when this is the case, for problems that they do not necessarily know how to surf or
I would therefore like to make part of the Staff in order to "take over" so that the one who enforced the rules of the server, "breath" a little. I know a lot of people on the server, some of whom have made certain rule violations, which I quickly reminded them of.
So I think I'm mature enough to be part of this position.

Extra Information: My name is Alvin, and i have 17 years old and i play some surf all time in my day. I do Handball in my days as well as theater after my studies but most often I play video games because it is a passion for me to discover the world of games and to get to know good people(Not Required)
