When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The ban command would be appropriate to use when someone is mass exploiting on multiple occasions, racist /homophobic comments, ignoring multiple staff and disrespecting staff.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
My time as Moderator has been very enjoyable. Since my last application I have come across mic spammers, Web taunt spammers. I dealt with them very confidently giving them plenty of chances to stop, with clear verbal warnings and the majority of the time they stop. However I have come across people who do not listen and are then gagged /muted for a specific amount of time depending on their previous warns.

Why I should be promoted:(We recommend around 75 words)
I Believe that I have had enough time as moderator and believe that I'm confident enough to be promoted. I have given myself a few weeks of time to improve and get more familiar with the commands and rules so that I can be be as good Admin as I can. I'm respectful to others and also very friendly. I took in advice from higher staff members and noticed what to improve on and how to deal with disrespectful players.
