Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

Firstly I would explain the basics, like that you don't use w but just use a and d, I would let them spec me and would show them the first ramp slowly.
Then I would spec them and would give them tips like: "try to start higher on the ramp and then go lower"
If that wouldn't help, I would link an short video for beginner surfing like this:

I would also offer to go in a Discord Voice call with them and stream how I surf, so they can "spectate" me without resetting.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would warn them in the chat, if they don't react, I would msg them, if they still don't react, I would gag / mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would kindly ask them to stop, I would msg them. If they wont stop, I would kick them and in an case of an extreme exploit, I would inform an higher up.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I'm an active player and have alot of experience surfing and am known by most players.
I spent alot time surfing and I already have alot of experience supporting, because of my three years as a moderator on an german TTT server and also in me being Surf Mod on Zarp before.
Most the time I'm very friendly and always trying to help others getting better.
At the moment I am probably the most active player and I am also online when no other Staff is.

I am surfing on Zarp for a few years now with breaks, but somehow I'm always coming back, I like the people and I want to give everyone an better experience while surfing.
I had to leave the surf team due to issues in my privat life.
