Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
With my experience, I would teach from basic to advanced, I will give tips on how to achieve speed, How to do a good strafe on ramps, The basics to start surfing, If he is having difficulties on any stage or map, I will spec him and help giving tips on how to pass that map, If he want, I would teach how to spectate me to see how to pass the map correctly

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I will give a warning via chat telling you to stop (If the situation is more serious he will receive a direct mute), If he does not stop he will receive a mute of 5 minutes or more depending on what happened

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I will spectate him to make sure he is exploiting, If this is the case I will via chat, tell him to stop, If he doesn't stop he will be kicked from the server, If the player goes back to the server and continues, I will contact an admin or higher

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Every day I am active on the server and I see that sometimes there are no staff online, And most of the time there are many racist people or mic spammers, This is very irritating, I am online every day on the server and with my experience I will try my best to help the server become a better place for players
