Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
As a modderator I know all the commands that a moderator should be able to and in this week I have been on the server alot and had fun and did my work without hesitating. I stop all rule breakers as far as a moderators powers can do. I also help with people who are new to the game and tell them about what they can and cannot do, such as using the tunt menu, the shop on f4, inventory, and punishes those who break the rules

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
for example when someone has broken the rules continuously or does not listen to the staffs warnings and comes on the server and continues ghosting and ruining the game for other players I would ban them for 2-3 days. and this would be the last punishment to use after kick if the player relogs and keeps ignoring warnings.
If someone wore cheating then it would be in sending a Anticheat or record evidence fome 2-3 games to be sure if the person was cheating.


If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to
give them the full grasp?: Congratulations on becoming a moderator for Zarpgaming, now that you're done you should have a workout that I will explain to you since I can not meet you. in game you have a menu that you will use to stop and help other players. 1: Anticheat is if someone is hacking u should send a anticheat and the lead team will take care of it 2: Chat, chat is whre u find all the commands for sending messenges too people and muting people, gag them or tuntmute them.
Amute: Mutes target so they are unable to use admin chat.
Asay: send a message to curently connected admins.
Gag: gag target disables microphone
Mute: mutes target so they are unable to use chat
Psay: send private messege to target
Tgag: gag target disables microphone for the time given
Tmute: mutes target disables chat for the time given
Unwebtuntmute: un-mutes targets use of web tunts
Webtuntmute: mutes targets use of web tunts the time given
3: Fun its used to slay people and u can use that when ever someone is exployting or door blocking but u have to warn them first offcorese and if they dont listen u can slay them.
4: Teleport is used to goto bring or teleport yourself some where
5: Utility, Checkspec: see how a player is spectating
Forceteam: farce a player into the specified team
Friends: print a players connected steam friends
Fspec: force the target into spectater team
Kick: kick target
Who: see information about currently online players
there u have it iknow its alot but u can ask any staff for help and they would give u the help u need to do your work

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would ask for explanation to both staff member x and player x and gather evidence from other staff members
and then decide if i should remove the ban since it is the first ban player x have. i would keep the ban if the other staff gave me enough informations. i would remove the ban if the player made me believe he understands his errors and he promises he would not do it again. and i would tell the player x that he/she have to remember to listen to staff and there wanrings.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be promoted since i have been playing a long time on the server, 2 months, and done my moderator work and i attended meetings. have got alot of new friends both staff and players and i think am ready to go up a step. i'm on the server almost every day lately and i always handle rulebreakers.
